SRINAGAR: Cold grips Kashmir as fog blankets Srinagar, impacting visibility in various Valley areas. The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar forecasts dry weather for Jammu and Kashmir, but isolated morning fog may persist in the Kashmir division over the next 24 hours.
