Douglas went to Nassau Junior college prior to moving to West Virginia College to play school football. At West Virginia, he formed into a champion cornerback, showing great ball abilities and a capacity to really understand plays. In his senior year, Douglas recorded eight captures, procuring him a standing as a playmaking protector.
In the 2017 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Hawks chosen Douglas in the third round (99th by and large).
